The Duncan Veterinary Hospital Team

Dr. Michael Hudson grew up in Duncan and is the son of Dr. Truman Hudson, a long-time and well respected large animal veterinarian in Stephens County. Michael Paul graduated from Empire High School in 1988 and from Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. He practiced veterinary medicine in Norman, OK for 13 years before returning to his hometown and purchasing Town and Country Veterinary Hospital in July of 2008. In April of 2009 he changed the name to Duncan Veterinary Hospital in honor of his father. Michael Paul has a wife, Lisa, and three boys, Bryce, Jerad and Nathan. His activities outside the Veterinary Hospital include Rotary, Boy Scouts, coaching wrestling, Leadership Duncan, and his family. His furry family includes: two labs named Buster Brown and Black Jack, one cat named Pistol Pete, and a Guinea pig named Samanatha.
                                                        Our Veterinary Technicians:

 Kristin was born and raised in Rush Springs, Oklahoma. She is a mother of two. Outside of working and being a full time mother she helps with her family farm.  She plans to attend college in the future with a degree in animal science.


Michelle is a graduate of Brown Mackie College with an associate’s degree in veterinary technology. She comes to us from Louisville, KY where she had 2 years of experience working with companion and exotic animals. Her furry family includes two cats named Odin and Newt as well as a dachshund named Henley.


Nicole is wife and mother. She comes to us with over a decade of experience working in a practice with multiple Veterinarians. She graduated from VTI Academy for Veterinary Technicians in Dallas, Texas in 1990. She loves kicking back with her fur babies Lippy, Addie, and Goose.
